Burnside Services, Inc. is a golf course and sports field construction company based in Navasota, Texas. BSI performs work primarily in Texas and Louisiana, but has traveled to and worked in 11 surrounding states. Burnside Services concentrates on quality, integrity, and productivity. This continues to be our focus. We provide services to many kinds of facilities, from championship golf courses to collegiate sports fields. Our area of expertise includes golf green construction and renovation, laser tee box and sports field construction, fairway leveling, soil sterilization, as well as other specialized golf course construction. BSI is able to complete most jobs ahead of schedule and 99% of jobs by the projected deadline. BSI was incorporated in 1985 and we are currently experiencing our best year. Owner, Tommy Burnside, is a 1971 graduate from Texas A&M University with a degree in Agronomy. Son, Jake Burnside, is a 1997 graduate of Texas A&M University with a degree in Agricultural Development. Both have worked with leaders in the industry such as the Texas A&M Turf Department, the Texas Turfgrass Association, the United States Golf Course Builders Association and the United States Golf Association.
